Basically, when I try to WILD, more often than not I get this feeling where my head feels like it's on a flat surface, and it's being shaken very vigorously. This feeling then extends to my whole body and it's very off putting because to stop it I have to stop trying to WILD, and if I try and go with it it forces me out anyway. Any thoughts on how to combat / deal with this? It usually happens fairly soon after I begin to WILD, roughly 20 minutes I'd say? |
