Basically, when I try to WILD, more often than not I get this feeling where my head feels like it's on a flat surface, and it's being shaken very vigorously. This feeling then extends to my whole body and it's very off putting because to stop it I have to stop trying to WILD, and if I try and go with it it forces me out anyway. Any thoughts on how to combat / deal with this? It usually happens fairly soon after I begin to WILD, roughly 20 minutes I'd say? |

Though I'm echoing Dolphin here, I suggest that you try to stay focused on your upcoming dream, snd don't worry about the strange things that might happen on your way to it. The things you are feeling might seem formidable, but they really are only things that are going on anyway, but you happen to be consciously "there" to witness during your WILD. |

But isn't it too early to be that close to a WILD, I thought it was longer than 20 you'd have to wait for something like HH / HI to happen?. I've only experienced this during WILD w/o WBTB. (I can never WBTB properly, nothing happens or I fall asleep) |

It isn't too early at all. You can fall asleep in a lot less time than 20 minutes. |
