      Lucid dream???

Hi! I'm just wondering if this was a slight lucid dream. I'm pretty sure I was dreaming about me being inside a dream because I was focused on a wall in the dream and said that I was dreaming and everything turned clear! Like real life! But I was in a dream state of mind which means that I wasn't thinking clearly. I turned around in circles and looked at the ground and closed my eyes but woke up in my dream. It was really cool that I got to see everything clear. Was this a lucid dream?

I would say that it was a lucid dream, as lucidity is simply the knowledge of dreaming, and has nothing to do with control.
With practice, you'll be able to start having more control when you realise you're dreaming.
