You need to find the right amount of waking and dreaming. stand up go to the toilet. maybe put some water in you face. maybe sit around for 5min and think about your dreams or your goals or do some visualization. when attempting a wild and you fall to fast asleep try to do it on your back or in a slightly less comfortable position. you need to know yourself and know how you feel and how your body reacts. its all depending how fast and deep you sleep. |
