Micro-WBTB's were my solution to that problem when I had it. Also, exercising more during the day helped a lot so that I was super tired at night and didn't need to worry about being too restless to fall back asleep if I woke up for too long. That's really cool that you've had so much success with WBTB though, keep it up!
