Thread: Increasing and Maintaining lucidity tips

Hello everyone.
I have an issue with my lucids.Everytime i do it is exit from a normal dream and re-entering in just 2 seconds by just thinking of the dream and now im lucid.Bang im in and i've made it staying into the dream for longer BUT although im lucid and practising control the dream seems just a little bit more vivid but in general feels just like a normal one.Im doing some random stuff(control,rubbing hands) and after a while i lose control and it fades away.
How can i increase vividness,clarity and being able to stay in for longer periods of time?
I've heard there's 4 layers of lucidity.My dream characters did not know that this is a dream so i guess i was layer 2 or 1.So my goal is to get into layer 3 or 4.Heard that when you get to this point everything gets more real ,color and stuff and sometimes more real than 3D world and the characters will know this is just a dream.What i experienced was almost just like real life,but not fully.
So any tips for that?Thanks!
