I dont know the reason behind it but iv noticed that you can practise lucid dreaming techniques for weeks on end and only think of lucid dreaming and get nothing but then as soon you stop practising for a few days you end up having lucid dreams.
The reason to me is unknown...seems like when practising and thinking constantly about lucid dreaming it causes your brain to think of anything else apart from lucid dreaming...like asif your brain needs a break from it....maybe i should practise for a week or 2 then have 2 days of not thinking of lucid dreaming and maybe my brain will then help me because its free on lucid thinking?
Iv been practising ADA and RCs for the past 2 weeks now and i havent had anything in return...iv even had a few dreams where i should have been lucid and just didnt...maybe i might stop for a few days and see what the outcome is?
