Thread: The Difference between Playing a game or Watching a program and going to sleep

Ok not sure anyone else has experienced this.

If I play a game late night and go to sleep, I end up in that games world as the character I was playing in my Dreams.

However If I watch a Series or a Film then I end in that world as myself or someone else not as the main characters.

Has anyone caught this or is this just my mind doing it?

And why is it doing it in that way?

Any Ideas?

Probably it happens because in game you are the character, have a first-person view, you identify with it. Films are different, you watch pictures from many perspectives.

Hmm, I'm not sure if I had that. Sometimes my dreams about games are from second-person but usually when it's 2D.
