      Problem With LD!!

      So i have a problem...
      i cant do wbtb method wild or mild!
      i need help without waking up my mum and dad!.

      I suggest you go with DILD and DEILD. Those don't require WBTB. Oh, and MILD doesn't need it either.

      WBTB is a more advanced technique. Since you are new you should start with the basics (Reality checks, dream journals, DILDs). Look at the link gab posted for more details. If you really want to try a WBTB, it shouldn't be too hard not to wake your parents. You shouldn't be loud and you just need to be up for a few minutes. If the alarm is the problem, you can set your alarm clock to be quieter, use headphones, or put the alarm on a phone and set it to vibrate instead of making noise.

      Or try one of those MP3 alarm clocks that turn off after a couple seconds and pick a soft mp3.

      I personally use my Pebble watch as a vibrating alarm. If something like that's an option for you, that would solve your noise concern.

      You dont need to be up long... I go to the bsthroom and thats all for my wbtb.
