WBTB is a more advanced technique. Since you are new you should start with the basics (Reality checks, dream journals, DILDs). Look at the link gab posted for more details. If you really want to try a WBTB, it shouldn't be too hard not to wake your parents. You shouldn't be loud and you just need to be up for a few minutes. If the alarm is the problem, you can set your alarm clock to be quieter, use headphones, or put the alarm on a phone and set it to vibrate instead of making noise. |
