I have an old audio tape that has LaBerge on it talking you through a guided meditation for lucidity. I would like this in MP3 form. Does anyone have it on CD that they could record into their computer and share with me? I have no way to record from a cassette tape to my computer and the tape is old and degrading. Its all staticky.

I am trying to get back into lucid dreaming.
