I have had both types now that you mention - LD's where they go through a few scenes being quite stable and others where the dream goes unstable a lot...I am starting to see a few patterns but don't want to 'schema' myself ...but it's important to look I know coz then I can learn to do better etc

LD seems to go unstable when I am concentrating too much on something...like getting a bit to involved with what's going on or coming up next...I need to focus more on relaxing at this point or repeating a reminder to myself to remain clear.

When the LD is about to end I know a little before usually as I start to feel my WL body in bed and sometimes hear my breathing a little - more often now I can play with this a little and focus on the dream more inorder to stablise it once again. Most of my LD's are close to waking so I am guessing this is why this happens so I am working on staying asleep longer etc and getting used to that when I get a chance ( Sunday's )
Its okay, I appreciate you replying now though so thanks for that. Relaxing? Perhaps I need to be more relaxed than cause I tend to find myself itching to know whats gonna happen next.(For the good dreams at least)

This might sound weird but when people say they can feel their waking life body I always pondered about how that feels like. Does it feel like sleep paralysis? I usually just feel my dream self than it goes to my waking self. Sundays a nice choice to lucid dream. I tend to focus on Friday,Saturday and Sunday for lucid dreaming. Feels like I have more of a clear mind on those days.

I really want to be able to catch the waking up bit and use it like Kroam mentions above
I'm sure you can do it if you try. ^w^

Thanks and great that you re organise what I mean - yes it's about staying lucid and clear and not letting excitement or any fixed views at all that could dominate the moment by causing instability ...it seems a fine line between managing this and not having enough expectation for the lucid to flow forward

No - I have no idea what sleep paralysis feels like so can't speak of that ...it's like there's a very slight shift of attention and one is in an instance very aware of ones body lying asleep in bed and at the same time your in the dream ...in these moments I have to keep the shift leaning towards the LD strongly or I wake up. Sometimes I don't manage and the dreams gone and I am back in bed - but if I lie still for long enough I go back into another dream. I actually like the feeling of the shift a lot even though I dislike the LD ending, so that's something I work with

I'm sure you can do it if you try. ^w^
Yes - maybe Kraom could let me know how she's working on it
Do you have experience with that last bit of waking up and re - entry stuff?

Yeah,I've done it before. I used it when i really wanted to go back to a dream. However, I'am mostly a DILD person.

No the wild feeling is different all the time for me so far - so I am still working on it ...This is more of a feeling of healing/floaty/sleepy but vast - warm cozy and in the zone
