      Scared while lucid

Hi, i need some help. I started lucid dreaming a long time ago. My first lucid dream was when i had 5 years, that including my dead grandfather (that i never meet) telling me the basics of dreams. I'm 14 now, for like 6 years i knowed when i have a nightmare, and i could wake up whenever i want and wake up in reality and then fall asleep instantly having a new good dream. I'm soo scared of jumpscares , and here comes the problem, whenever i'm lucid my mind it's all about jumpscares, here will appear something scary, if you close your eyes there will something to scare you, etc... And when i know i'm lucid i just leave the dream, because i'm too scared, it's nothing in my mind just something scary.

I want to explore my dreams, being calm.
Can someone give me some advices, to face my fears?

I use to be afraid of jump scares a lot (still am at times)but you have to remember that the dream characters are harmless. So even if something jumped out you can make it friendly, funny, sweet, ignore it or make it vanish. Don't make jumpscares an important aspect of your dreams by assuming it will happen in your next dream. Remember all those dreams that you got through without them.Having a goal for your lucid dreams helps take your mind off it as well.

Thinking about it what made me think of jumpscares mostly was the settings that were scary looking. But even those settings you can change or just try to be comfortable in. I found it best to stay in the scary looking settings for a bit to overcome my fears but you can change it if you want by thinking of the place you want to be in,flying to it, or any other way you want to try. You can also think about a person or thing that helps you be brave.

This is an issue i suffer from myself, having been jumpscared many times and at the worst times of day possible, i'm fearful when it comes to jumpscares. I have thought of possible solutions, but i'm not sure yet. One thing i noticed though, is that the more you come accross the object of fear, the more you get used to it and part of the fear starts to vanish.

My fear of SP is a good example. I was extremely afraid of even entering the state, until i accidentally entered it a lot, so i eventually got used to entering it accidentally. The second fear was the weird hallucinations as such as sound or vision. But after a recent entry into SP, my fear from even the scariest of sounds has dropped dramatically. Naturally enough, i keep my eyes closed during SP to this day.

What Dreamcafe said. The best way to make a nightmare go away or turn it nice, is to befriend it. Show true compassion towards it, in other words: go hug that sharp teethed, slimy and red eyed creature and mean it. What you're doing is that you're neutralizing and completely vanquishing the negative emotions away with a more powerful, positive emotion. Understand that it is only the reflection of your own fear of the situation, and underneath the scary form there's just another innocent and cheerful dream character. It is yourself that you're hugging. The mind has no reason to hurt itself.
Another thing is that you can benefit from these scenarios once you have conquered them. In example, now that if I have a sleep paralysis, I relax, get up and go hug the typical white dressed spooky little girl. I hug her and I'm just so glad that I was able to feel fear for a while too, it makes me feel alive. The girl usually also turns into a helpful dream character that leads me in the dream for some time and keeps me lucid.
