Do you drink alot of tea or coffee? My g/f used to be the same as how you sleep and since she stopped drinking coffee she began to sleep alot better.....or maybe too many energy drinks....maybe yo7 eat the wrong foods before bed maybe?

I don't really see a problem though... Waking up just before an alarm is normal - it's the body adapting to outside disruptions, because alarm wake up is bad for the body so it tries to avoid it... Plus, noticing more micro-awakenings is good and normal when practicing LDing and / or awareness... In fact, all these awakenings always happened but you never noticed them before, and probably only because of practicing LDing and / or awareness you notice them now. Why don't you try to WILD or DEILD or SSILD (or etc.) instead of CANWILD if you get natural awakenings?

Bad sleep is when you can't fall back asleep or can't fall asleep originally. If this is the case then try to relax or try other solutions. But if this is not the issue, it's good to notice more awakenings.
