Thread: Do any of you have a LD Before WBTB?

I've probably only had one or two WBTB LDs. Almost all of the ones I've had are from the DILD technique, and occasionally from MILD. So . . . yeah, I had LDs before WBTB

Last night/ this morning I didn't do a wbtb and performed mild before sleeping and had a dild! So happy about this as i tend to take a long time to fall asleep after wbtb.
Now I'll continue to stay in bed, recalling earlier dreams, then mild while trying WILD...)
