That's nice to hear somebody got their parent(s) into it hehe For some people, like your mom it works that way. They hear about LDing and become lucid right away the very first night. Just reading about it/hearing about it triggers something then. That's why reading about LDs just before you go to bed is considered an induction method..I believe 8)

Well... if your mom is really good at lucid dreaming you can stop to worry about your LD and focus on dream sharing with her

I think you and your mom should run with the insanity thing and really freak your dad out. Lol. Just start acting equally psychotic and keep telling your dad that one day you're both going to "Turn" him. Rofl.

      Hi twelvelookslikex,

Do you mean the DreamLight by Stephen LaBerge? I read about it, but never tried.

You can find some interesting scientific texts by LaBerge about DreamLight at lucidity.com, under the section of researches and abstracts. The research conducted would show that DremLight actually increases the probability to have a lucid dream and this is not due to a placebo effect.

I didn't know that it costs 500 dollars.... It seems too much for what seems a light with a timer Then, how to sleep with a lighting mask

Jokes apart, it would worth a try, but the costs seem quite high...
