Last night I tried to WBTB, I woke up at around 2:15 am after going to bed at 8:30pm and I stayed up for about 10 minutes and I was reading an iBook on my iPad about lucid dreaming and I had it on the lowest brightness setting possible, also the light was on in my room on the lowest brightness as well. I went back to bed repeating my mantra, "I will lucid dream tonight", and I could not fall asleep for about an hour. What is my problem with not falling asleep? I believe it might have been the iPad brightness or saying the mantra too early in my head. So if anyone could help me, thanks in advance! |
