      Remember your dreams

Hey guys a lot of people have hard times remember their dreams. I haven't really had this problem. If I want to remember my dreams I will remember most of them. If you really want to remember your dreams when you wake up in the morning just sit in bed and think. Let your mind wander off and there is a really good chance you will remember. This is what I do almost every morning and it works. <3 pls put ur tips in the comments below

Yeah that is what I also do. When I wake up, I always recall a dream or two, but I know that's not all that I dreamed about. So I lay there still with my eyes closed focusing hard to try to remember what else I was dreaming about. I try to think of things that come in my mind, such as things I dream about. Then I will recall a dream fragment. When I recall a fragment, a lot of the times I will recall the whole dream by working my way backwards. Meaning that if I recall a fragment, I might remember what happened before that, and so on, recalling the whole dream backwards and putting the scenes in order. Right after I have the whole dream recalled in order, I make sure I write it down in DJ right away so I don't forget later on. Pretty much, I think that is enough to have good dream recall.

That's what I do too on occasion. Sometimes I'll wake up with an odd, nagging feeling that I've had a particularly interesting dream even though I can't remember anything at all. Often, if I just sit there focusing long enough, or just let my mind wander and scan through as many different thoughts as possible, I'll come across something that reminds me of what the dream was about.

It's also common for me to remember the last thing that happened in the dream and work my way backwards toward the beginning to remember the rest.
