Hey guys! I wanted to test out the MILD prospective memory training in LaBerge's book. I saw a thread in reddit how a redditor boosted up to 40 lucid dream in 30 days. Crazy huh? I decided to try the training out myself so I can get more lucid dreams and maybe inspire you guys if I manage to succeed. Here's Day 1:

Day 1- The next time I drink something - 1111
The next time I see Dad - 11111111111111
The next time I browse Facebook - 111111

Tried out MILD last night after a WBTB but was unsuccessful. Note that the MILD I'm using is exactly how LaBerge uses it. The goal is two weeks so more days to come.
