Great technique! Makes perfect sense. The power of the mind is impressive. I lucid dream about once a week. After a few years I noticed that some nights I WBTB (basically a bathroom break) and at that time I am just "sure" I will have a lucid dream. Those are the nights I do have one. I have tried forcing my mind into that mind set but without a lot of luck....just once a week. Usually on the weekends when I am relaxed. But I did have two LDs back to back 2 nights in a row this weekend so maybe it is possible to achieve that intentional mind set. |
