      Lucid Dreaming Survey- Please Read

      1. In your first lucid dream, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), how would you rate your dream recall (quanity) and the overall quality of it? How was your awareness, control, vividness, and any other characteristic?

      2. Since your first LD, how have you improved in each area? What techniques did you use to improve?

      3. Do the same thing you did for number 1, but for the last lucid dream you've had.

      1. 8-9 vividness/recall, little control, extreme awareness...
      2. Quite a lot, for control and vividness, awareness the same. I just improved, no technique.
      3. Last? 10 vividness, 7 recall, 8-9 awareness, control 9-10.

I finished! What do i get?

      1. 7-8 vividness and recall. I was very aware that I was dreaming. I was not able to control a single aspect of my dream unfortunately until my 3-4th LD.

      2. Since my first LD, i improved massively in terms of clarity, length, and control. What helped me the most was being diligent with my dream journal and using a combination of MILD and ADA.

3.Last LD: 8-9 vividness/recall, very aware, I had near perfect control for he most part,

      Finished!

      1. I remember it very clearly and don't really remember dreams better than that so I would have to say 10 for recall. It didn't last long, about 10 seconds after I got control, I levitated up and stayed there a few seconds before waking, overall my awareness and vividness were very good and the control was good for a first LD too I guess, so I'll think about an 8, it was just the length that was short.

      2. I've improved by going to basics and learning to stabilise dreams and doing simple things more than anything, my main goal in lucids at the moment is to keep them going, regardless of what I achieve, they don't last long enough really and this is the main thing I still need to work on.

      3. My last lucid was last night though it was incredibly weak, I remember almost nothing except that I did become lucid and take control, I don't think it lasted long. I have very faint memories of passing through a wall though I don't know if I was lucid then or not. I'm going to have to go to the opposite extreme and mark this one a 1 for everything really. My last few LD's have been duds.

      1. awareness: 9 vividness: 9 control: 1 recall: 10 Overall: 5-6

      2. No more need of RCs to be lucid. Only problems in control are specific character summon and nightmare defense, everything else is pretty fine. Recall is way better. Can stabilize and make dreams twice longer, also can quit whenever I want. However dream lenghts are still short, like 10-20 mins usually. it's 40-50% chance now that DEILD succeeds. Oh and it's harder to scare me.

      3. awareness: 10 vividness: 8 control: 5 recall: 10 Overall: 8-9

      1. My vividness and recall of my first LD was about 7. I had good control, maybe about a 7. So overall a 7.5

      2. Actually my next few lucids after that I didn't improve at all. I think the like 4 LDS after that I had less clarity, control etc. But then everything started improving quite a bit. Stability, control, vividness and recall.

      3. Last LD my vividness and recall was probably a 8.5 and control was an 9 I guess!

      vividness 10
      awareness 10
control 5 (like real life, I could control my body, but no powers)
      recall 10

I have improved my control immensely to be able to do anything I can think of, my problem is that I don't ever remember goals. So I have full control, high awareness, vividness, but I might just talk to DCs or do anything else that seems fun at the time (prank calling DCs, fighting DCs, summoning wife and flying around, telelporting to Agrobah, changing my body to run like an animal)

      vividness 10 (clear as day)
      awareness 9 (no goals remembered)
control 10 (did anything I wanted)
      recall 10 (remembered 100%)
