I have been meditating everyday for the past 2 weeks...between 20 and 30mins a day....im really liking it and it has made my dream recall so much better with longer and more detailed dreams.
Apart from meditating and trying awareness throughout the day is there anything else i should do to push the likelyhood of me lucid dreaming.....during the 2 weeks i have stopped practising mild and reality checks.....the only thing i can think of is that maybe i havnt been meditating long enough to see an increase in my lucidity? Thanx =)
