We should conduct an experiment. We should gather statistics on lucidity and dream recall based on where you sleep and with who. This could end up being one of the most usefull techniques for beginners, seeing as it's literally the only thing that worked for me so far

You've got me thinking. My wife will be away tonight. Since I am used to having her there, maybe her absence will have the same effect as the presence of someone who is not normally there. I'll make an extra effort to use this opportunity, though one success doesn't prove the rule.

I have a feeling this could be a great technique for beginners, and I would bet some new romances might sprout up, too.
