Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
Only anecdotal, but I've been taking 150mg B6 daily for months now. In the past it was 300mg/day, but I decided to drop it below 200mg just to be on the safer side. 120mg twice a week isn't going to do you any harm. |
