DC's Encounters. Exchange of experience

Hello, fellow lucid dreamer's First, I apologize for my bad English, please bear with it. Finally decided to post in this forum, after four years of wondering. I am really interested in exchange of some experience with you all. In my 200+ lucid dreams I had some weird encounters with dream characters. My purpose of lucid dreaming is "research and experiment" with Lucid Dreams. I am very interested in your encounters with DC. My lucid dreams began in 2013, before that I had no idea what lucid dreaming was. But when I was a kid (~5 years old) all my dream were like that and I thought that everyone dreams were like that.Soon after growing up I lose the ability (~8 years old). After that some other things happened, but I am going to discuss them in another thread. Just recently I had an interesting experience with dream characters. I was in my old schoolyard, immediately I recognize it was a dream. On the fence there was a pig, chicken and frog that were selling burgers (it was funny look). I felt some weird energy in one of them. I came close to them and say to the big chicken - "There is something strange in you, what are you?". He looked at me with a penetrating look and say - "We are the Guardians (He tells about themselves in the plural). We protect them (the dc's) from you lucid dreamer's. We have many forms and can change our voice!" I thought about it for a Sec and asked him straight - "Are you have access to all people lucid dreams? Is everything connected?" Their faces looked so scared from my questions. The guardian gave me fierce look and started to make some handseals. Everything starting to go black and I was literally kicked from the dream. It seems I asked the right questions. Post your opinion and your interesting experiences with the dc's. I will post more of them soon.

Another one from near past. It began like FW, but something was fishy and realize that I was dreaming. I have gone to the living room and to my surprise there was an unknown man. He was sitting on a table and eating something. I asked him who he was and what was he doing here. He didn't say anything and continued to eat. With louder voice I asked the same thing, but he just says the food was very good and I must try it. I asked what was his role in this dream, but he looked at me with upsets face and snapped his fingers. We teleported on some empty street in the middle of nothing and he say since I had not left him alone he didn't had a choice. He snapped with his fingers again and ten people had appeared from everywhere and started running towards me. I say to myself "hell no" and wake up forcefully. I didn't know a DC can change the scenery by will. It was very bizarre.

Hello! ^w^ It's great you were able to lucid dream at a early age. I started at age 5 too but I didn't have lucids all the time though. Like you I like to interact with characters and observe them. But like DreamVixen said it does seem like you give them power.In other words it seems like your curiosity or belief of them possibly being a mysterious entity is influencing their actions. Do you believe in astral projection or OBE? That could be another reason. Based on my experiences and others I don't deny that there is a possibility of shared dreaming or other entities existing but i doubt it happens often. I don't see much reason for an entity coming into our dreams either. (Unless you believe in spirit guides but I'm not sure if I believe in them) Also, it's best if you keep in mind that you as the dreamer have full control so they don't mess up your dream again. Having a peace of mind that you won't be hurt can help especially when a violent dc might pop up. For example, I have a thing where I sing to manipulate them. Even the ones that are vivid and seem like a entity. However, it mostly happens to be just a dc. Especially when they seem strong but end up being easily manipulated by my thoughts/song.That goes for those that give off a feeling of presence or something like energy inside them too. However, experiencing a battle with a dc that can manipulate the dream too or is strong as you can be fun. Especially when you think of them having a positive personality.

I'm also fascinated by dream characters and have had many interesting experiences with them. I have a recurring blonde woman who comes and tells me really positive and encouraging and sometimes profound things about myself and the universe. I love to question DCs and really look closely at them and watch them transform. Last night I met some DCs who showed me their lucid dreaming skills like dance moves and I showed them how I liked to float upside down etc. I assumed in the dream that they were fellow lucid dreamers. Who knows! They may have been or they may have been part of my personality. I like to keep an open mind about the subject and don't claim to know what or who DCs are. I love the mystery of it all!

I don't think I gave them too much power and I only post the strangest of them. I had a lot of ordinary encounters with them. You see I like to experiment a lot and that is why I mess with them. I am asking them questions like "Why are you here" or "What are you" or I just say to them, "You are not real, I create you" and etc. I get various responses from them: they start to cry, running away from me, they threaten me, get very angry and screaming at me, they ignore me, they try to punch or kill me, they transform into beasts and chasing me. I treat them kindly and we become friends, we walk around together and talk, we have sex together O=) DawnEye11 you hit the bull's-eye Do you believe in astral projection or OBE? That could be another reason. I not only believe in them, but I also have them. I am going to write them down in one thread soon, but first I must ask all of you straight and frank a question. And now one more strange experience: I tried to wild and got the sensation of floating, in the dark I saw a man walking up ahead below me. Slowly I float and enter into his head (like a ghost), and look through his eyes. I was in some corridor with a lot of doors and benches, there were a lot of people waiting to enter in these doors. A man on the right asked me if I also waiting for this door. I am answering him that I just passing by. I move ahead and went to end of the corridor. A man come out from last room and I enter. It was a big office with two desks, a woman from the left desk asked me if I'm next and I say yes. Then she responds that my documents are all good and I am ready to go 'up', in that moment the woman from the right desk call me and asked me why I want to go 'up' so badly. I just give her a stare look and wondered what was happening here. At that moment I hear a loud voice and opened my eyes, it was my mom. She was asking me to get up already, but I closed my eyes again pretending I am sleeping. To my wonder I was in the same spot and the woman from the right still waiting for my response. I started to wonder what was that state of mind and tried to turn him into LD, like making a teleport out of the close man-size mirror. But it didn't work and now both women waiting for the response I didn't have. I get frustrated and open my eyes again and got out of bed. The weirdest thing here was that I wasn't asleep and can hear the conversion of mom and my brother And to answer to both DreamVixen and DawnEye11 maybe you can't find them because you don't believe in them (on a subconscious level)

I see. Well it's good that your doing your own observations. I haven't encountered a door exactly like that but it was a big door with what seemed like clouds coming out. What does it mean to you though? Sounds like an interesting dream you had where you heard their conversation. It's happened to me and others here before too. It's expected for things going on around you to influence your dream when asleep I think. I don't know if the "up" part was influenced by the conversation but did you think she meant it as Astral travelling up or something too? Mm...No. I've experienced enough dc interactions, especially with being open minded to AP or OBE to tell whether who I encountered was just a dc or had a possibility of being something more. Also, even if you didn't believe in shared dreaming, AP, or OBE at all there's still a possibility of you having one or exploring what its like. Although if you don't know how to have them it may not happen as much. Hm...I don't understand what you mean on a subconscious level. ^--^"

Interacting with dream characters is always interesting, but I've found even more interesting when you travel back in time and talk to important historical figures. I have to admit that even though lucid dreams are all taken place in our minds, there was one time in which I wasn't sure if it was a dream or I actually traveled somewhere. One time I traveled back to the the moment Jesus was being crucified, and had a chat with a man who said he was one of his disciples. it was such and incredibly real experience, and the things he said were so profound!... I just started to think there was no way my mind would come up with something like that... anyways, bottom line is if you give too much power to your dream characters you will be very surprised.
