New weird creepy dream has to do with real life...

What happen to me was pretty interesting just a couple hours ago, I was sleeping on my couch and was dreaming about myself walking around the house doing whatever, and then I suddenly see myself masturbating in my dream which was extremely weird to me I woke up on my couch thinking "Its alright it was just in the dream right?" then another thought came to my mind "If it was a dream... why did I feel the pleasure?" then I looked in my underwear turned out I ejaculated in real life too, I got freaked out when I found about this, dunno what this means at all please explain to me. I made an account to get help regarding this situation I am extremely confused right now, I couldn't find anything that's like my situation.

If u are relatively young you just had a wet dream. Pretty normal if u are a teen, I'd say.

I agree with Rothgar. Wet dreams are a hormonal phenomenon that are out of your control and aren't even necessarily sexual in nature. It's totally normal and happens to everyone.
