Nice to see you posting again, Box77!
My advice would, sadly, be to get a new job, but even when waking-life activity interferes with your dreaming life, there is still stuff you can do.
First, just get some melatonin as supplement; don't try to "find" it in the food you're eating, but rather just buy a jar full of 3mg melatonin pills, and find the dosage that works best for you (I recommend that you keep it under 20mg per dose, though, 'cause you don't want to screw up your natural melatonin production).... melatonin supplements are pretty common now, so if you trust the site you're on (i.e., iHerb.com), you can trust that the supplements they're selling might be reliable. Next, you can use your work schedule to your benefit: 3rd shifters, for instance, have a mild advantage in skills like WILD, because sleep is always waiting for them, just 'round the corner.
