Hi, It's been some time since I introduced myself. Since then (around Year and half ago) I've been trying some techniques to achieve Lucid Dreaming, but I can't achieve it through regular sleeping patterns since my sleeping schedule is variable due to school.

Since every one of you is more experienced than me I wanted to ask you about good technique in case like mine. Also, what about all those special "headsets" and other gadgets that in theory helps you with it? Is it really working?
