in the past, I had a lot of lucids, wbtb back into lucid. They were usually happening around highways thinking I was lost homeless, once an old woman (wise guide) told me I could stay with her, and we walked towards a green grassy field and I met this girl at a festival and we danced (did ballet) together. Not sexual at all, and if it was it was an archetype. It was a vivid, important big dream (not a little dream that comes from things done during the day). To make dreams more vivid, meditate every night or write down your feelings about the day before you go to b ed. Get this out of your head so your dreams wont be plagued with boring, blurry things about the day. FOCUS.
Once you're in a dream, if you become lucid, meditate. Walk slowly or sit down and feel the ground supporting you. Don't be afraid. Look at your hands as you walk to stabilize yourself and to stay in the dream. I often become lucid for a few minutes and then wake up instantly. i want to get back all of that lucid dreaming. But if you want regular, non lucid dreams, work on dream recall/keeping a dream journal (really hard for me but I am going to set an intention to do this when I wake up).
Ask God for big dreams. (Look up Carl Jung and big dreams vs little dreams). Ask Him for Divine Visions. Ask for clear, lucid dreams . My struggle is having half blind dreams, paralyzed, unable to awake and reclaim my sight.
