      Cats and lucid dreaming...

Had a couple nights of lucid dreaming in a row. But after that my cat has been playing and being hyper while I'm trying to sleep...Any of you have cats like that and any suggestions so that I can sleep better for lucid dreaming? I've tried listening to white noise but I had it on too loud last night I think and couldn't sleep so I took off my headphones. Some nights my cat is good but others she's hyper...

XD whenever I have fights in lucids, my cat will wake me up. What I do is give her some food before sleep and play with her for like 20mins and done, she will just go to sleep with me instead of been hyper when I make noises in the middle of my fights

I don't presently have a cat, but I used to when I was like a lot younger. My suggestion would be to adopt a mindfulness mentality. If your cat is being hyper because she's hungry then of course feed her, otherwise let her burn off her energy on her own. If you have enough toys and stuff to distract her cats can amuse themselves for hours until they feel sleepy. Also let's not forget cats are nocturnal. So you sort of signed up for this. Anyway, back to mindfulness mentality, it's not about finding a quiet and comfortable place but rather finding stillness in chaos... XD
