Thread: Retrieving lost password in lucid dreams?

You see, I have a few accounts (not DreamViews related) I would want to access to but I forgot the passwords and the recovery emails

I thought about using lucid dreaming as a last resort, I think this might work since I've remembered songs I heard in my childhood and completely forgot about their existence, if I can remember old songs, why couldn't I remember the passwords?

Has anyone tried this? :/

I have not done this specifically, but I don't see why it's not possible. If's it's somewhere in your subconscious you should be able to retrieve it - in theory. Give it a go. ^^

side-note: Hypnosis can help to.

Yeah, I'm gonna give it a go and see how it goes. Also, I tried meditating but I just can't concentrate

I tried this when I was younger but it didn't work. Have you tried coming up with possible hints you thought of while making the password?

Yeah, I tried that, I tried lot of passwords I thought it could be, nothing yet. But that was while awake, I failed to have a LD last night.

I'll also give it a try when I'm lucid, if I remember to do it. I have very old accounts I don't even remember now. It was back when I was 11 or so. I may be able to remember the account and it's password. However, I'm not very confident it'll work as there isn't much motivation behind retrieving it other than just to experiment.

i want too find my earings if i ever get lucid im sure i didnt lose them i specifically put them somewhere 'so i can find them when i need them' but now its been several years without finding them ... oh well

You sure they will be in the same place you left them?

Several years? Oh wow. Sometimes I put thing somewhere and forget where, but never for *that* long... I'm quite interested in how this goes, keep us updated!
