Question about the Day After...

That day after feeling when I have a lucid dream, like light and tingly, more energized. There's a sense of optimism but also a better awareness. Is this universal? Why does it happen?

Can't say it's universal. While I myself have experienced such feelings after LDs, said experiences were never consistent. As for why it happens, my best guess is euphoria unhindered by distracting thoughts due to the awareness needed to induce LDs in the first place.
