Want to learn MILD a little easier?

Hey, just a little background info first. I've been practicing lucid dreaming for over 5 years now and have always been fascinated by it. I recently made an app because I felt lots of lucid dreaming apps lacked features I wanted.
I have just published another app which is completely free to help people learn the MILD technique and take away some of the hassle of the prerequisites required to be successful in MILD.

I had originally posted this to Reddit and people seemed to really like the idea of this app as I don't think anyone has made one quite like it so far.
I thought the Dreamviews community may also like it too so here ya go

In order to MILD successfully you need excellent prospective memory so you can remember to recall the fact you are dreaming. Unfortunately in this day and age we rely heavily on technology for reminders etc. so many people will attempt MILD but fail due to bad prospective memory.
Dr Stephen Laberge (author of Exploring the world of lucid dreaming) created an exercise based on this fact that can help you improve your prospective memory. In order to do this you need to log details day and night which can be inconvenient to write down and keep track of.
My app makes this process simple putting all the requirements of writing and logging into the app taking away some of this hassle, all you need to do is exercise your memory.

I have a full guide to MILD included all you need to do is download the app (android only sorry).
What's the catch? There's no banner ads, no in app purchase, there is but one ad which is obscured and removable free of charge.

If anyone is interested or wants to give it a try here is the download link. Hope it can help some people out

Hey LucidEveryNight, I just saw your post and decided to go and download the app. Since I read of the importance of prospective memory, I've been working with an app called Prospector for three weeks now. I'm happy to work with yours and try it out! I just downloaded MILD Trainer from the app store and it looks very nice and aesthetic with some cool features. I'll check back in after I've had a chance to use it for some days.

Hey zelcrow, that's awesome and thanks! I hope it can help you out, I had wanted to use an app like this myself for this for quite a while but I could never find one targeted at this technique which is why i made it. I feel like most people won't really get the hang of MILD without exercising their prospective memory. I'm on week two of using it - I've definitely noticed an improvement plus hitting most targets now

      Great, thanks a lot!
If I may ask, could you add these features?
I think they would greatly upgrade the app:

      - The possibility of changing the n° of targets per day.
      - The possibility of editing the all list at once (like in the Prospector app zelcrow mentioned) and not just the daily targets.
      - The possibility of clearing single targets, so that if you spot one of them you can have another target given to you while 'preserving' the other ones you are yet to spot.

Hey, I've been using MILD trainer for about a week and a half now. I have really enjoyed it so far. I do agree with DixonHill on the points of being able to set a custom number of targets per day, and being able to add your own targets into the application that will be saved for later (right now they seem to only be there temporarily that day when you enter them).

One more additional feature that would be great would be if the daily targets could be randomized. Currently when the daily targets are set each day by the app, they are set in a predetermined pattern rather than randomized from the totality of targets programmed in.

I really like the app and have enjoyed using it. I just want to give user feedback
