      Question Different sleep schedules weekly

Normally i work 6 days at a week (only sunday free), but every week i switch my work schedude and sleep hours like this:

      Week 1 - Work: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Sleep period: 01:00 AM to 10:00 AM
      Week 2 - Work: 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM - Sleep period: 08:00 AM to 15:00 PM
      Week 3 - Work: 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Sleep period: 01:00 AM to 10:00 AM
      Week 4 - Work: 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM - Sleep period: 08:00 AM to 15:00 PM

All sunday i sleep 02:00 AM to 11:00 AM generally

That is my month work and sleep routine, normally when i sleep in the day my sleep period is more short than the night.

My sleep schedule can affect my dreams and my capability to recall o reach lucid dreams ? have benefits or cons ?

Hey Franco I used to have a hellish schedule like that before years ago

But from my experience when switching up sleep schedules, initially recall and lucidity wanes due to exhaustion but you will hit a rem rebound a few days later that'll give you more dreams than usual.

Polyphasic sleep or naps can probably help you. Some 20min naps can give you dreams that feels like hours and you might wonder if you missed your alarm.

But ya try to get plenty of sleep and naps. But even if you are lacking sleep, your body will actually proceed to rem sleep immediately if ur depraved enough so that could be a good thing (for Ld) if your awareness and motivation is high when ur exhausted.

So basically dont be frustrated if your recall suffers initially just sleep well and keep up w your practices and DJ.
