Very good information. As a beginner on this path I have seen all of these dangers but I have treated the potential for sleep deprivation as the most important to avoid from a physical perspective and frustration as the greatest roadblock to successful lucidity. Sleep well.....and dream.

I always try to go into lucid dreaming as a newbie, that way you are always learning something new. As far as Frustration, yes, that happens to even the best of us. Like everything else, Lucid dream is no exception. I think that people need to keep in mind that even though some of us don't show it all the time, we have struggles too. Also, Not all dream techniques works for everyone... With me, when I lucid dream, I have my own way of doing things, and that may not work everyone else.
