2. We don't know. That is hard to say. We don't have that kind of data. That would be like trying to find each and every person's sleep and lucid dream habits, or even knowing how the brain works, in the whole world. To be honest.
The average person spends about 26 years sleeping in their life which equates to 9,490 days or 227,760 hours. Plus you don't know how Accurate somthing like that is. (IMO) But what does that mean for lucid dreamers? We don't have that kind of data here, as far as we know. Most of us sleep even less. I think. BTW, You don't even know that everyone are able to dream, let alone lucid dream or put in the work.
Even the more advanced lucid dreamers, don't know everything about sleep and lucid dreaming.
I wouldn't worry about that this.
