Still, there's always a silver lining to every cloud, now there's a chance to really focus on getting our lucid dreaming skills down pat. So, many of you know World Lucid Dreaming Day is April 12th, but this year, as we have so much damn time, let's make April 2020 Lucid Dreaming Month. I didn't know April 12th is World Lucid Dreaming Day, but it is my and my wife's anniversary, so that's cool! I'll try to catch some of the live streams. BTW, where I'm from, monkey testicles are considered a delicacy. (j/k)

The washing hands RC is a great way to incorporate into the new routine we now all have to do so often. Do you count fingers or maybe try to summon something from the soap foam ?

Yes, I do all of those. When I take a shower I count my fingers in real life. When I feel myself zoning out a little in the shower or anywhere, sometimes I summon something from the soap foam. I had to bring myself to the present. I do use it in my dreams too.
