weird lucid dream from wild beginner

hey sorry for bothering you but something unexplainable happened to me i woke up at around 9 am after 10-11 hours of sleep and did som stuff watched some videos and at around 9:30 i felt sleepy so i decided to take "nap" and i just thinked a little bit maybe i could wild so i didnt move at all and felt like every 20-30 seconds weird touch sensation impulse all around my body and suddenly i started like daydream but the daydream was forming in front of me and once it was half formed i tried to do some stuff but it started colapsing so i stopped quickly and waited it for it to form and once it formed i i was in extremly vivid dream that i knew was a dream i did palm push but the catch is i was kinda half weirdly mind controling like i started running and when i wanted to stop i thinked "stop! stop!" and i stopped but i didnt do any physical movement actually i didnt feel my body and when i wanted to put my palms together i COULDNT there was always a gap like a bad vr i tried to fly but fell and just... what happened?

I can't say anything as to why you couldn't feel your body, but about the flying and falling -

It sounds like blocks in your beliefs/expectations about what you can do in a lucid dream. It's hard to just get over those things by sheer force of will. I find a great way is try and work with your block. Focus on creative solutions / workarounds that you can do. Once you have a solution that's working for you (for example, using a broom to fly around, rather than just flying by yourself), then you can take another step toward removing the block. You now know, you can fly. Then try it again, this time without the broom.

      Good luck.
