Virtual Reality Lucid Dreaming Training Tips, Please

Just got an Oculus Quest 2 after coming across this article and paper: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/b...dream-training

Basically, VR training was very effective for inducing LDs when combined with normal LD training. Following this, I have two questions:

      1. For those of you who are more experienced with using VR for this purpose, what are some games and apps you recommend?
      2. What actions do you take and what do you think about when reality checking in VR?

You know I think this might have some promise. I love love love the idea.

Imagine what they could do with this, with some other modes/levels put in. They could create a very life-like world. You drive in a car, you go to the mall, you go to the grocery store, etc, BUT with subtle unique events added in that are harder to catch. Events that, as you're playing, you're supposed to catch and RC when they happen - building critical reflective attitude. It would also be really great if they could have a design-center where the player can design more personalized dream-signs (from their actual dreams), and have them put in the game. OR, they could have a mode where it's not so much catching weird things, but catching a list of details that they give you beforehand as you play. This could strength prospective memory, also useful for lucidity. Man.. this would be cool.

Yeah! I'm honestly surprised it hasn't happened yet tbh. The "Spinoza Café" game that was created in house for the study doesn't seem to be available anywhere else. I guess they never made it public. It's a real bummer because it could've been super helpful.
