In my experience eating carbs during the day, and eating a protein rich fatty meal for dinner helps with dream recall, sleep quality, and subsequently lucidity aswell. Eating sugar and carbs before bed will deplete nutrients and certain b vitamins related to dream recall and rem like choline b6 thiamine etc but not really sure. It seems like cherry juice, especially fermented cherry juice helps me sleep deeply and induced vivid dreams increasing the chances of lucidity |
