It's your forum. It's set to sort by thread title in an ascending order. It has to be Last Post Time and descending order.

You can set it at the buttom of the forum page.

Oh yes! *doh* Is it somehow against dv etiquette?

I sometimes wish more old threads would be ressurected rather than starting a new one on exactly the same topic that's already been discussed at length. Laziness I suppose, and the search facility ain't too sophisticated (U can't search for 'RC' for example). Wouldn't it be great if the system was intelligent enough to automatically hyperlink keywords, create topic maps etc?

I've done the course... BUT I didn't pay for it. AND I didn't get any lucids in 7 days. I've been trying for almost 12 years for a lucid so I'm not totally surprised that it didn't deliver on the promise, how could it possibly. If it were just that easy everybody would be doing it, no problem. His course doesn't give you anything that any of the other books haven't so far, it's just a little more condensed is all, more point-form-ish. I'd still say it's an excellent tool for anyone who wants to get started... but I wouldn't say that everyone should have to pay for it. Yarrr... Pirates have at it. Bittorrent sites have it all over the place, as well as a 3 day course too. I've downed them all. I don't reccomend stealing but if it helps you maybe you could pay for it, let your conscience be your guide.

I did however order the DVD from Saltcube, that one I think is a keeper.
I'm going to "share" it with the world whenever it arrives. I'm all about spreading the good word, not about making people money. That being said, again if it's a good resource throw the author a bone, eh? We all have to eat, do we not?

Goldmember: Yesh, salty. Yesh that was good.

I would never buy it, but the thing that got me is the The ULTIMATE lucid dreaming tool - and you probably already have it! thing because I think it is like V8 juice, but I would like to know what it is, because here in the UK I can't find any V8 juice!

      Meh.

      Really, Phydeaux? That long?

Did you try adoption here? Did you review your methods with some of the more experienced members? Do you know if something specific is hindering you?

I could understand trying for a year and not getting results. But, 12? That's a long time.
This lucid dream has encountered a fatal error! Reboot? [Y/N]

Yeah, well.. I've not been really trying full-blast non-stop for 12 years. I got the idea 12-ish years ago.. "Just look at your hands" (thanks Carlos) & it sounded Soooo easy, so after a coupla months or so of half-assed trying I pretty much forgot about it. Then along came Queensr˙che's Silent Lucidity and that got me going again... for another coupla months, then laziness won out once more. Then just recently I started having tremendous recall and I got the bug again, only this time I'm not giving up... FOR SURE. I won't stop trying this time, I'm bent on LD'ing. I know more about it at this point than most people, I'm even my Dad's dream guide now, he's got more LD's booked than me. Lucky SOB.
