      need direction

      wake up to people(that are not real) in my room looking at me? what is the best forum for this?

      Hi Staci and

      Not necessarily a Beyond Dreaming thing - you could be just experiencing false awakenings. That is simply dreaming that you woke up.

      You could also be caught between the sleep and awakened state, which is actually a pretty cool thing. If you can keep yourself from falling back to sleep in this stage, you could slip yourself right into a lucid dream.
