well as annoying and hard as this may seem your going to have to start up a dream journal, the moment you wake up flip on the light pull out your journal and start writing. you might think "I can just go over them in my head when i wake up and ill remember them" but the truth is you cant and you wont,

write down every detail that you can remember, even if the dream seemed stupid and had no logical meaning whatsoever, write down everything that you remember from scents to tactile sensations.

in the event that you actually do this every single day of the week, you'll find yourself vividly remembering 3 to 5 dreams a night, this in turn makes any lucid dreams you might have much better because you actually remember the entire dreams rather than just becoming lucid

(note: be prepared to give up 30 minutes to an hour in the morning writing down all your dreams as vividly as possible)

have fun with that

PS/edit: I don't recommend popping B6 until you already have very good recall, from my experiences I can tell you that, although it makes your dreams much more intricate and detailed, it also makes much much harder to recall
