make a habbit of doing RC's and keep a dream journal. Vitamin B6 might help. And go burn this mp3 (made by phoenelai here) onto a CD and listen to it while you sleep. Try some dream techniques like WILD, VILD, TILD, or QILD. That should do it. But what do I know? I haven't had a lucid dream yet either. But that's because I don't do anything that I just listed. I mostly just hope that I have a lucid dream. |
