Well, like I've said a dozen times, we are not always identical with our Dream Personas. Whether you are a Materialist or a Spiritualist, in either case, one can allow for different clusters of Personality either in the Mind or in the Astral Realms, which the Dreaming Consciousness can link up with while dreaming for that "I" first person experience. It may feel like yourself because you have brought your Ego "I" consciousness along with you, but that body... that Personality Cluster... that Complex of Memories, Motivations, ambitions and drives, that is NOT your Waking Self.

I often suggest to people that they try this experiment while dreaming, that is, to remember something within the dream, for instance, "When was the last time I was at or near this Dream Scene?" Well, if you are anything like myself, this unlocks a flood of memories, indicating clearly that the Dream Persona has a life well outside and beyond that of our Waking Existence. Sometimes with no crossover at all.

Indeed, if Lucid Dreaming has some greater purpose, then I suppose it is just this -- Lucid Dreaming can help integrate and reconcile the diverse Dream Personas and Characters into a synthetic and symbiotic Unity of Oneness.

I'm not sure but last time I checked you aren't gay unless you have your eyes open during intercourse, so just make sure (Dream or Real life) that you keep your eyes closed because being gay is a sin.

Hah, bullshit. So why is being gay a sin? Because your pwecious religion says so? Is it a Sin? Why actually?
I don't swing that way, okay, but a Gay couple siting next to me on a terrace really doesnt bother me, unless they start kissing eachother rediculously: I can't help but feel qeasy N uneasy whenever I am to witness that. But a straight couple kissing passionately Right in front of my face also annoys me somewhat. So it wouln't be any'EXTRA wrong because they're Gay IMO

But hey it's they're life, not mine. And I would see it as a sin when a Gay guy touches me there where I won't have it. I'll hit him down to the Ground. But it wouldn't be any MORE so wrong than when a Straight guy would touch a Girl indecent when she didn't ask for it.

Perhaps Homosexuality in Dreams simply indicates an overemphasis of sexuality in the expression of affection, as for instance, that a young man who is sincerely fond of a young lady will be almost obsessive about expressing this affection in terms of sexuality -- "Say 'I love you' with a sqirt sqirt sqirt". So what happens if a young man also begins to have an honest admiration for another young man... well, with all affection so geared toward sexuality, during Dreams the distinction of sexual gender is put aside.

One has to begin to practice expressing affection and regard for people of both genders without regard to any sexual behaviors. Now, it is very easy for me, and old man, to say such a thing, as my advanced age has to a large part liberated me from the tyrannical urges and impulses imposed by a young and healthy libido. I no longer see women, even young and attractive women, as sexual objects, and so I don't see other males as rivals.

Oh, and we may wonder just how much Dream Homosexuality is just simple Primate Mounting Behavior. This is not Sexuality but Dominance Behavior.

In all of this Dream Homosexuality, how many of you guys have been on the bottom, and how many have been on top. Perhaps that is the important factor. Are you being the Dominator or are you being dominated.

How to interpret such a thing? Well, if one is doing all the Mounting in one's Dreams, being the King of the Mountain, so to speak. Then this would be some sign that one was a Leader among Men. Your Dreams are telling you that you are a Dominant Alpha Male. Well, good. That is Great.

But if you are on the bottom... if you are doing the grooming as an act of submission, then you should face the fact that you will never be King of the World, and that you are here to serve, to be loyal, and to be useful as a member of the Team. No, you will never have to bend over for anybody, or groom anybody submissively -- that was just the dreams way of telling you that in a World of Leaders and Followers, you are a follower.

There is nothing wrong with knowing one's place.

I've had a dream like that and it really really freaked me out...The weird part is that it was the first time it happened in a dream...And what was even weirder is that it happened with someone I hate...

wow... very interesting. i like how your taking the dream and putting into something we can actually use in real life and how to find out about ourselves. but i think we can change the way we are, like if someone was the one giving i dont think he will NEVER be a leader. in my case i go both ways... giving and recieving. yeah we should start a gay topic somewhere, i might start it if someone hasnt already.

I am not gay but I have gay friends and there is nothing wrong with them and they are just the same as anyone else.

im fairly confident that most people here are well past the part of thinking any different of homosexuals and the thought of it being wrong. most of us are fairly forward-thinking, seeing as the nature of this forum is lucid dreaming, so lets all try to not make ourselves look like asses by posting being gay is a sin, shall we? there are just too many counterarguements to any statement like that so it would end up getting us all off topic.

I believe tht homosexual behavior in a dream for a straight person is something.. like hiding something from someone or a group.
