I haven't had an LD in over 3 months!

Before the summer time in the last few weeks of school last year, I was really into lucid dreaming. I had around 5 in a 3 week period back then, and 2 in 1 week.

Now... I haven't had one since. I've been keeping a dream journal, I've been doing at least 5 RCs a day...

Before I go to bed I tell myself "I'll have an LD tonight!" and then I go to sleep.

I just don't know! What exactly should I do before I go to bed? What can greatly increase the chances of me LDing?

Take a few weeks off. Don't stress on the DJ, don't RC at all. Then, after a couple of weeks, start up again.
A big part of it is stress--the more you worry about it, the less likely you are to have one. So just relax, take some time off, and start over again.

That's the thing. I DID take a break. A 3 month break. I hadn't written dreams down for 3 months, forgot about RCs and everything. Now I'm back into it and I haven't had any for about 4 weeks.

Ouch. Don't know what to say in that case, that method's always worked for me. Well, let's see if anybody else has any ideas...

Whoa thought this said No Lsd In Over 3 Months... for a second there

Well i think that you should probably set your watch to chime every hour or so and when you hear it RC, im doing that and it should work out ok.

Probably also try auto sugestion or some lucid help mp3s
