Daydreams are more vivid after a lucid dream I had.

After I had the limited lucid dream (just check the thread I made about it if you want) daydreams became A LOT more vivid. At first I was on my bed, there was only noise of my air conditioner. I couldn't sleep and I thought about having an OBE. I was imagining myself getting out of bed, at first it was pretty much the usual but then I saw the environment was really detailed. I went outside and I could feel the wind, then I started flying around the city and everything I remember about the environment was there. I stopped it. I was scared because that could mean scary thoughts could become more powerful. And they did. My mind was already vivid but not this vivid with details and such.
Did this happen to you? Is this normal? Do you think my limited power on my recent lucid dream did something to my thoughts?

      Heya,

When did you have the daydream? For me, daydreams are always far more vivid after having slept a while, after having woken from a dream (any dream, including lucid dreams), or even just after a period of inactivity (after my body has gone to rest mode). Coupled with some hypnagogia, they can get surprisingly vivid. They also tend to get more vivid as I get more drowsy. Additionally, the more my attention is focused inward instead of outward (for instance while walking to work remembering the dreams I had vs while walking to work thinking about my day tasks), the more vivid the daydreams becomes as well.

      Just my experience,

      -Redrivertears-

I usually have vivid daydreams of writing in my DJ upon waking. It's so annoying!
