Alrighty. This method hasn't given me lucids every time, but every time I become lucid I have done it with this method.

All I do is wake up after 5-6 hours (4:30am), listen to about three or four relaxing pieces of music, whether they're hypnotic or meditation. When I'm finished with that, I go to sleep. Usually I try to listen to the "autosuggestion" track last, because I believe it leaves the words in my mind as I go to sleep.

Im not sure how do you become lucid.. WILD or ? But its a nice way to become lucid and its more exciting (If its WILD) .. Everyone , just relax and wait for the hypnagonic images.. Once they come Let them to develop and the last one will be the dream...

Important: This is my opinion, my experience. I didn't had many LD's , but hope that I'll help somebody.

Well I should probably develop it into a WILD, because I usually fall asleep - every other time it's just because I go straight back into REM, with the atmosphere of the music still with me.

Shoot, I had the perfect opportunity this morning. I should have done that. (Woke up at 4:30 am too)
