Yeah I know it's quite difficult, and It took me a while as a child to just lay there and relax and consume everything that was going on in my head. All you have to do is just own it. Till this day it makes me uncomfortable and I've been having SP for years and years but I just let go and relax. Don't focus on the noise and don't worry about feeling something touch you because it's just your mind manifesting your fears. So just clear your thoughts and try concentrating on nothing else but floating. I promise you will not regret it.
