Ive been trying to WILD the past 3 nights. I havent finished one yet, I think because I was awaiting vibrations from sp and never got them. But every time, random parts of my body move just a little. like a muscle in my leg will flex then go back to normal. These movements happen every few seconds. Are these the vibrations everybody is talking about?

Fortunately, I am not a cat.

I don't think that is SP, its probably your body trying to remove tension in your muscles. The vibration that you are thinking of usually are when your body feels like its shaking/spinning ect.

I have to agree with NeAvo. I get those twitchy feelings sometimes too and they don't stop until I've totally relaxed.

I used to experience SP every night and I never felt the vibrations that I've read about on this site. I'd just slip right into paralysis, no vibrations or sounds or hag effect. Just... awake on moment... locked in SP the next.

Not everyone will experience SP the same way. I'm guessing that if you experience any of the SP effects, you'll know them without a doubt.

I also agree. but i have to add that sometimes the vibrations dont come, sometimes they are noises, or light shows, or weird images behind your eyes. you wont get vibrations all the time.. what you are describing is not SP though

Yeh agree to all the above. Try flexing your muscles really tight before you start, every muscle in your body, it should help them relax more.
